1. Structural design highlights

Integral forging body: precision forging process, high material density, no casting defects, can withstand PN160(Class2500) high pressure. Double seal system

Hard seal seat: sealing surface surfacing of Stellite or WC alloy, hardness up to HRC55~65, wear life increased by 3 times. Elastic disc: wedge-shaped disc design combined with disc spring compensation structure to adapt to the deformation of the sealing surface caused by temperature fluctuations, ensuring zero leakage (in accordance with AP1598 Class VI standards) Long neck valve cover: neck length can be customized to 600mm, isolation of low or high temperature media on the packing influence, Suitable for LNG(-162°C) or steam (300°C) conditions. Anti-scour flow channel: Y-shaped flow channel optimized design, pressure drop loss reduced by 40%, suitable for slurry medium containing solid particles (such as coal chemical water coal slurry)2. Anti-corrosion strengthening technology

Surface treatment

Body cavity electrolytic polished to Ra≤0.4um to reduce medium adhesion and local corrosion risk. The valve stem is treated with chrome plating or hydrogenation, surface hardness ≥HRC45, excellent anti-wear and anti-occlusion performance. Material matching:

The stem is made of 17-4PH precipitation hardened stainless steel with a strength of 1300MPa to avoid the opening and closing blockage caused by medium deposition.

The packing box is made of flexible graphite +Inconel718 winding pad, with a temperature resistance range of -200°C to 800°C, and has both tightness and creep resistance.

1. Oil and gas industry
