Anti-scouring globe valve Product Overview:

Anti-scouring globe valve is mainly installed on the water and steam pipelines as a opening and closing device (such as steam engine, boiler drainage water, boiler regular sewage door, temperature reduction water door, etc.). In the drainage water system of thermal power plants, most of the domestic ordinary valves or imported valves are used at present. The valve is not strictly closed, resulting in the leakage problem of the drainage water system valve. In view of this, our company has developed a valve that can solve the problem of internal leakage - non-scouring globe valve.

Anti-scouring globe valve product advantages:

1, high pressure medium into the valve, first in the valve cage to fully step down the release of pressure energy and noise, so that the fluid will not erode the sealing surface of the valve core and the valve seat, so as to play the role of anti-scour. By moving the disc up and down, the flow rate of the valve can be adjusted arbitrarily, with adjustability.

2, high temperature resistance, high pressure and erosion resistance of the main performance parts are made of good stainless steel, the sealing parts of the valve core and valve seat are made of the special processing technology of surfacing of Taili hard alloy, the sealing surface welding layer is not less than 2.5mm.

3, the contact between the disc and the valve cage without friction, the valve cage is positioned straight, so that the valve is closed tightly without leakage, open flexible without stagnation and other advantages.

4. The valve stem and valve disc adopt the flexible structure, which can adjust the abrasion and leakage caused by the different center of the valve stem in the manufacturing process.

5, the stem surface is treated by corrosion resistance nitriding, wear resistance, abrasion resistance, good performance.

6, packing for flexible graphite, nickel wire, soft wear-resistant, will not scratch the stem.

7. The anti-scour valve used in the current market has no inverted sealing structure. Once the packing gland is leaked, it can only be stopped for maintenance or blocked. The anti-scour valve designed by our company, the working pressure is more than 10MPa, all adopt the inverted seal structure, if the above problems occur, under the premise of no need to stop, the valve can be fully opened, replaced and added packing.

8. The flow direction of the valve medium is high in and low out.

9. The valve can be installed at any position on the pipeline, and the valve of carbon steel or alloy steel is selected according to the temperature of the medium.

10, this valve can only be fully closed or fully open, can not be used as a regulating valve!
