FJ41 Throttle Shut-off Blow-off Valve - Features
1. The throttling, closing and venting valve is a new type of product for throttling, closing and venting. The throttling, closing and venting valve adopts cage-shaped labyrinth throttling, which has multi-stage throttling effect. It has obvious throttling effect, reliable sealing, and convenient operation and maintenance features.
2. The valve adopts double sealing (hard and soft sealing) to ensure reliable sealing. The hard alloy cover can be more resistant to air flow erosion and wear. The double sealing can achieve zero leakage under high-pressure gas medium conditions. The valve has a long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the valve seat adopts conical sealing, which is conducive to cleaning the dirt attached to the sealing surface by the valve itself.
4. The valve disc of the valve is equipped with a balance hole, and the piston type sealing ensures stable operation under the full pressure difference of opening and closing. It is lightweight, flexible to open and close, and has a small opening and closing torque.
5. The throttling, closing and venting valve and the double-acting throttling valve have the functions of throttling and closing (with zero leakage sealing). The throttling section and sealing surface are separated to reduce the erosion of the air flow on the seal.
6. The double-acting throttling and venting valve also has multi-stage throttling function. The throttling pressure difference is large, and it can be used for throttling and closing under high pressure.
7. The packing adopts a V-shaped packing structure with self-sealing capability, which does not require adjustment. Opening and closing are extremely light. An auxiliary sealing grease injection structure is set at the packing chamber to ensure reliable valve packing sealing performance.
8. The throttling, closing and venting valve can be repaired online. The pipeline can replace various wear parts such as packing under pressure conditions.
