J41H forged steel globe valve is a commonly used cut-off valve, mainly used to connect or cut off the medium in the pipeline, generally not used to regulate the flow. The valve is suitable for a large range of pressure and temperature, the valve is suitable for small caliber pipelines, sealing surface is not easy to wear, abrasion, good sealing performance, opening and closing the valve stroke is small, opening and closing time is short, the valve height is small.

Working principle 

The valve cavity adopts self-tightening sealing structure, and the sealing performance is good. Both ends of the branch pipe are welded structures. The sealing surface of valve disc and valve seat is made of stellite cobalt-base hard alloy surfacing and has good abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance and abrasion resistance. Stem is tempered and surface nitrided. Reasonable depth of valve cover packing box packing and corrosion inhibitor seal reliable. The valve has a reverse seal structure to ensure that the valve does not leak through the stem when it is open and running. Widely used in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, metallurgy, chemical fiber, papermaking, urban construction, and other fields.
