Jacket insulation direct flow globe valve Product Overview:

The jacketed insulation straight-flow globe valve is based on the welding jacket between the two flanges of the Y-type globe valve. The side and bottom of the valve are arranged with two connecting ports of the insulation jacket, which are used to inject steam or other heat preservation and cold preservation media to ensure that the medium in the valve can work normally. It has good heat preservation and cold preservation characteristics, and can effectively reduce the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline. The insulation jacket globe valve adopts the integral jacket structure design, which can keep heat and cold evenly. The jacket is welded with carbon steel pipe, which is more resistant to pressure than cast. The jacket, outside of the body and the jacket are welded to allow a maximum pressure of 1MPa of steam or cold water.
