Product Overview of 120° Y-Type Three-way Ball Valve:

The three channels of this 120° Y-type three-way ball valve are designed to form an angle of 120° with each other. Through the rotation of the ball within the 120° range, two different flow directions can be switched. This product includes the valve body, which has a ball inside and three fluid channels with pipe openings. The ball has connection channels with two open ends. The inlet on the valve body connects with any outlet through the rotation of the ball, achieving the opening or closing of the connection channels with the inner diameters of the pipe openings. Any radial section of the connection channels is a circle consistent with the inner diameter of the pipe opening. The radial sections of the open ends of the connection channels have a 120° angle in the normal direction. The three openings of the fluid channels have valve seats, and the through holes of the valve seats form the pipe openings. The end of the valve seat facing the ball has a compression block against the outer peripheral surface of the ball, and the side of the compression block facing the ball has a mating surface that matches the arc surface of the outer peripheral surface of the ball. The other side of the compression block is in an internal sealing structure with the valve seat.
