Dual-phase stainless steel possesses the advantages of both ferritic stainless steel and austenitic stainless steel. The presence of austenite reduces the brittleness and tendency for crystal growth of high-Cr ferrite, while maintaining excellent toughness and welding properties; the presence of ferrite, on the other hand, enhances the yield strength, intergranular corrosion resistance, and chloride stress corrosion resistance of austenite. The 2507 dual-phase steel lined fluorine ball valve adopts a full-diameter design and a floating ball structure. It can be configured with either a two-piece or a three-piece valve body structure. The three-piece ball valve allows the main valve body to be separated from the two side valve bodies, enabling online quick replacement and maintenance.
