316T Ball Valve. Ball Valve

The 316T ball valve is a type of stainless steel ball valve in which the components in contact with the medium, such as the valve body, metal seat, ball and valve stem, are all cast or forged from 316T (UNS S31635), 06Cr17Ni12Mo2TI (S31668) and SUS316T materials. It is suitable for rapid shut-off, distribution and flow direction change in various corrosive fluid pipeline systems. The materials used in this valve are made by adding the corresponding T element to 316, which has excellent resistance to organic and inorganic acids and alkalis as well as marine atmospheric corrosion. The materials used in the 316T ball valve are made by adding a small amount of T to 316 to improve the resistance to intergranular corrosion. The addition of titanium can enhance the ductility and high-temperature mechanical properties of stainless steel after irradiation. Due to the strong binding ability of titanium with carbon, titanium first combines with the carbon in stainless steel, reducing the tendency of chromium depletion at the grain boundaries, which greatly improves the resistance to intergranular corrosion of stainless steel. This product is particularly suitable for installation on pipelines carrying media such as low-temperature dilute sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, acetic acid and vinegar, and is used as an on-off device.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
