The forged steel three-way ball valve is a type of valve whose valve body, valve cover, valve stem and ball are all made from forged components with uniform and dense internal structure. It is suitable for the switching or diversion and confluence of high-pressure or ultra-high pressure media flow in pipelines. Depending on the different structural forms of the valve core channel, it is usually divided into three types: L-type, T-type and Y-type. Among them, the L-type valve core is connected to two fluid channels that are perpendicular and intersect at 90° directions, with a shape like an L. The T-type ball core is based on the L-type valve core, but one of the fluid channels is completely connected, allowing the connection of three fluid channels, with a shape like a T. The Y-type is mainly installed in Y-shaped pipelines, used to change the direction of the medium flow and achieve the switching of two different flow directions. It is divided into two types of 120° and 135° according to the different angles of the ball flow path. The main components of this product are all forged steel processed and formed, avoiding the possible defects such as sand holes, cracks, gas holes, shrinkage, shrinkage cavities and severe segregation in cast steel parts. At the same time, it ensures the tightness of the internal structure of the shell and enhances the sealing performance of the valve.
