Q341F46 Turbine Felt Fluorine Ball Valve Main Overview:
The Q341F46 turbine lined fluorine ball valve uses a spherical body with a circular hole as the opening and closing component. The spherical body rotates around the center line of the valve body to achieve valve opening and closing. Through a special compression molding process, the sealing surface is made to be dense and good. Coupled with the V-shaped PTFE packing combination, the valve achieves zero leakage. The spherical body is cast integrally with the valve stem, eliminating the possibility of the valve stem being pushed out of the pressure-bearing component due to pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring the safety during use. The full plastic lining process is adopted, making it resistant to the strong corrosion of the medium.
Product features of Q341F46 fluorine-coated turbine sleeve ball valve:
1. By using a special molding process, the sealing surface becomes highly compact. Coupled with the V-shaped PTFE packing combination, the valve achieves zero leakage.
2. The ball and the valve stem are cast as one piece, eliminating the possibility of the valve stem being pushed out of the pressure-bearing component due to pressure changes, thereby fundamentally ensuring the safety during use.
3. Using a full plastic lining process, it is resistant to the strong corrosive effect of the medium.
The fluorine-coated ball valve uses fluorine plastic as the inner liner of the ball valve, combined with a new type of rodless ball structure, as well as its elastic lip-type sealing seat structure. This enables it to possess all the advantages of ordinary ball valves, and it can achieve high sealing performance and low operating torque within a large pressure difference and a wide temperature range variation. It can be used for both opening and closing or regulation. This product is suitable for the transportation of liquids and gases (including steam) in various industrial pipelines. It can also perform well in various strong corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts.
Packing of Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities.
