1. The flow resistance of the Inco Nickel Ball Valve (Inco-Nair Ball Valve) is very low. The ball valve is the valve type with the least flow resistance among all valves. Even for the reduced-diameter ball valve, its flow resistance is still quite small.
2. Excellent sealing performance. The valve seat (sealing ring) of the ball valve is generally made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, which is easy to ensure sealing. Moreover, the sealing force of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure.
3. Reliable valve stem sealing. When the ball valve is opened or closed, the valve stem only rotates 90°. Therefore, the packing seal of the valve stem is less likely to be damaged, and the reverse sealing of the valve stem's sealing force increases with the increase of the medium pressure.
4. The opening and closing of the Inco Nickel Ball Valve (Inco-Nair Ball Valve) only requires 90° rotation. Thus, it is easy to achieve automatic control and remote control. The ball valve can be equipped with electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuators.
The Inconel ball valve not only exhibits excellent strength and corrosion resistance, as well as oxidation resistance in high-temperature environments, but also demonstrates outstanding stress corrosion resistance in oxidative corrosive environments such as mixtures of nitric acid, nitric acid and sulfuric acid, as well as in high-concentration chloride solutions. Particularly, Inconel 690 exhibits extremely superior anti-stress corrosion performance in high-temperature water or high-temperature water containing NaOH. It is widely used in high-temperature water, high-temperature alkaline solution corrosion conditions, and nuclear power light water reactor high-temperature water corrosion conditions.
