Overview of the Dual-Phase Stainless Steel 4A Ball Valve:
The dual-phase stainless steel 4A ball valve is a type of valve with left and right valve bodies cast using ASTM A995 Gr.4A (CD3MN) or A890 Gr.4A (CD3MN) castings, and the ball, valve stem, and fixed shaft are machined from forged or bar materials such as A182 F51 or UNS S31803. The ball serves as the opening and closing element, and the rotation of the ball around the valve body center enables the valve to be opened and closed. The steel types used in the main components of this valve combine the advantages of austenitic and ferritic stainless steels.
