The nickel-aluminum bronze ball valve is composed of valve body, connecting parts, valve stem and ball, etc., which are cast or forged using materials such as C95800, C95500, C63200 or ZCuAl9Fe4Ni4Mn2. It is commonly used in corrosive environments such as seawater, sulfate and chloride to connect, cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium. This material is a high-strength, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant bronze alloy, with excellent properties such as resistance to stress corrosion, corrosion fatigue, erosion corrosion, cavitation corrosion and marine biological fouling. The operating temperature of this product is below 300°C and the pressure is between 1.6 and 4.0 MPa.

The double-phase stainless steel ball valve is made of castings or forged parts of materials such as ASTM A995 4A(CD3MN), 5A(CE3MN), 6A(CD3MWCuN), 1B(CD4MCuN), etc. for the valve body, ball, and valve stem. It is used for ball valves in pipelines transporting media containing C or H2S. The material used consists of austenite phase and ferrite phase. It possesses the advantages of both phases to a certain extent. The presence of the austenite phase reduces the brittleness of high-chromium ferritic stainless steel, prevents the tendency of grain growth, enhances toughness and weldability. The presence of the ferrite phase enhances the room-temperature strength of austenitic stainless steel, especially the yield strength and thermal conductivity, reduces the linear expansion coefficient and the tendency of welding hot cracking, and significantly improves the steel's resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting corrosion. The double-phase stainless steel ball valve, due to its high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance, is suitable for use in environments with the risk of stress corrosion cracking and can also be widely applied in industries such as petroleum, petrochemicals, chemicals, papermaking, seawater desalination, and related fields.

The duplex stainless steel ball valve, due to its high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance, is not only suitable for use in environments with the risk of stress corrosion cracking, but also can be widely applied in fields such as petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, papermaking, seawater treatment and related industries.

Packing of Standard Packing:

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request. E FORUs’  is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition
