Product Overview of the Spherical Discharge Valve:


The spherical discharge valve is a modified ball valve designed to improve the performance of steel reaction vessels. It adopts the structure of an integrated floating ball valve as the basis and designs the connection flanges for the inlet and outlet as a tapered form where one end is one size or several sizes larger than the other. The discharge end is a standard ball valve flange, while the inlet end is a flange that matches the discharge hole at the bottom of the reaction vessel. It can be conveniently connected to the center of the reaction vessel's bottom as the discharge port. This product has a close distance between the valve seat and the end face flange, resulting in less material retention. The structure is compact and the sealing performance is excellent. It can be used in reaction vessels in the fields of fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and chemical industries, and can also be used for the transportation of fine and soft particle media. 


Working principle of the spherical discharge valve:


In the design of the spherical discharge valve, the dead point position for opening and closing is set as 45 degrees from the right for closing, and vice versa. This dead point position on the same horizontal plane is conducive to manual operation. For the linkage with cylinder pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder, it is also advantageous. It can be installed horizontally on the cylinder or hydraulic cylinder, basically close to the bottom of the pot, occupying less space under the reaction vessel, and avoiding interference caused by the valve stem and piston being on the same straight line due to leakage. This valve not only inherits all the advantages of the ball valve but also solves the connection method for reasonable matching with the reaction vessel. Compared with the existing upper and lower extending discharge valves, it is undoubtedly better. This product is particularly suitable for the toothpaste industry and the discharge of vacuum pasteurization pots.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities.
