Product Code : VF--QCC-Q369-CU
Product Name: Corrosion-resistant Discharge Ball Valve
Model: FQ41F46
Diameter: DN25 - 300
Pressure: 1.0 - 6.4 MPa
Material: Cast steel, stainless steel, etc.
The corrosion-resistant discharge ball valve adopts fluoroplastic lining technology. The valve body is made by investment casting process, which is of high strength and smooth appearance. All the flow components in contact with liquids are made of fluoroplastic. Therefore, it can be used for a long time within the range of -50℃ to 180℃ in any concentration of various concentrations of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and various organic acids, strong acids, strong oxidants. FEP is also suitable for use in various concentrations of strong alkaline organic solvents and other corrosive gas and liquid media pipelines. It is also used in reaction vessels in fine chemical, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, and for the transportation of fine and soft particle media.

Overview of the corrosion-resistant discharge ball valve product:
The corrosion-resistant discharge ball valve product is an extension of the fluorine-lined ball valve. It is designed for the opening and closing control of various highly corrosive media. The flanges at both ends of the valve are of different sizes. One end is a standard flange and the other is a flange that matches the discharge hole at the bottom of the reactor. It can be easily connected to the bottom of the reactor. Its structural form is a floating straight-through type, and the connection form is flange. The valve shell is made of carbon steel with an inner lining of fluorine plastic. The valve ball is an integrated metal insert with fluorine plastic coating. It features excellent corrosion resistance, good sealing performance, flexible opening and closing, fast speed, and an attractive appearance, high strength, and durability. It is the most widely used corrosion-resistant valve in modern chemical process flows.
Advantages of the corrosion-resistant discharge ball valve products:
1. The basic series of the discharge ball valve is FQ41F46, which has the characteristics of low fluid resistance, fast opening and closing speed, and simple structure as those of ordinary ball valves.
2. The ball valve with fluoroplastic lining layer has extremely high chemical stability and can be used in any strong corrosive chemical medium.
3. The full diameter and floating ball structure enables the valve to close without leakage throughout the pressure range, making it more convenient for ball cleaning and pipeline maintenance in the pipeline system.
4. The sealing element ball is cast (forged) as one piece with the valve stem, eliminating the possibility of valve stem impact on the pressure-bearing parts due to pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring the safety during use.
5. The structure is compact and reasonable, with the valve internal cavity having the smallest space, reducing the medium retention. Additionally, the special molding process ensures good density of the sealing surface, and the combination of the V-shaped ring PTFE packing makes the valve achieve zero leakage.
