The dual-phase steel Y-type three-way ball valve consists of the main components such as the main valve body, branch pipe body, valve cover, threaded ball, and metal valve seat, which are cast or forged using materials such as 2205, 2507 or ASTM A995 GRADE 4A (CD3MN), 5A (CE3MN), 6A (CD3MWCuN), and ASTM A182 F51 (S31803), F53 (S32750), F55 (S32760), F60 (S32205), etc. It has one inlet and two outlets and is suitable for the medium flow direction switching in Y-type pipelines. The valve body is equipped with a ball with two-way holes forming an angle of 120 degrees or 135 degrees, and a fluid passage with three pipe openings for one inlet and two outlets. It can achieve the switching of two different flow directions, has good sealing performance, a long service life, low fluid flow resistance, and is convenient for cleaning the flow path.
