Features of BQ45F three-way insulated ball valve:

The present 45R three-way insulated ball valve uses a spherical body with a circular passage as the sealing element. The spherical body rotates with the valve stem to achieve the opening and closing action. The sealing element of this valve is a spherical body with a hole, which rotates around the axis perpendicular to the passage to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the passage. It has excellent insulation and cold insulation properties, and the valve's diameter is consistent with the pipe diameter. At the same time, it can effectively reduce the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline.

1. Two-seat sealing three-way ball valve has a compact structure, a beautiful appearance, and good sealing performance. It can achieve the switching of the medium flow direction in the pipeline, and also connect or close the two perpendicular channels.

2. Four-seat sealing three-way ball valve has a beautiful appearance, a compact and reasonable structure. It not only can achieve the switching of the medium flow direction, but also can connect the three channels mutually, and also close any one channel, allowing the other two channels to be connected, flexibly controlling the flow of the medium in the pipeline.

3. The three-way ball valve generally adopts a two-seat structure, as shown in the flow direction diagram A. The two-seat type structure is selected (type Q44). In the two working conditions of diagram B, 2 and 3, the four-seat T-type structure (type BQ45) must be selected. Other working conditions can also use the four-seat structure, but the valve seat structure should be indicated in the purchase contract.
