Carbon steel heat preservation ball valve is a layer of heat preservation jacket welded on the outer surface of the shell of the floating ball or fixed ball valve, which is used to inject steam, heat conduction oil or other heat preservation and cold preservation fluids to ensure that the medium in the valve can work normally. The product has good thermal insulation and cold insulation characteristics, and the diameter of the valve is consistent with the pipe diameter, and can effectively reduce the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline. This product can adopt integral or two-piece structure form, widely used in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, metallurgy and other industries pipeline system.
