The jacket of the double-jacketed insulated titanium ball valve is welded between the two flanges of the valve. Connection ports for the jacket are set on the side and bottom of the valve. Due to the addition of the jacket, the connection flange size of this titanium ball valve is one to two sizes larger than that of the ordinary titanium ball valve of the same specification.
However, the structural length is the same as that of the valve of the same specification. There are two connection methods at the end face: flange and socket. The jacket can freely pass through steam or other heat-insulating media, ensuring that viscous media can flow smoothly through the valve.
