Overview of the Flanged Pneumatic V-Type Cut-off Ball Valve:

The flanged pneumatic V-type cut-off ball valve consists of two parts: the AT and GT pneumatic piston-type actuator and the flanged V-type ball valve. The pneumatic piston-type actuator is available in single-acting and double-acting versions, while the sealing forms of the flanged V-type ball valve include soft seal and hard seal. Due to the right-angle rotary structure of the pneumatic V-type ball valve, when the valve core rotates relative to the valve seat, it has a strong shearing effect. Therefore, this product is particularly suitable for regulating and controlling media containing fibers and tiny particles. This valve is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, power, papermaking, and metallurgy. 

Advantages of the flanged pneumatic V-type cut-off ball valve product:

The flanged pneumatic V-type cut-off ball valve has a simple flow path and low flow resistance, resulting in a larger flow capacity. The V-type ball valve core has two gap forms: V-shaped with approximately equal percentage flow characteristics and U-shaped with approximately linear flow characteristics. Therefore, without the need for adjustment through a positioner, it can achieve flow control with different flow characteristics. Its adjustable ratio can reach 300:1, much larger than that of straight-through single or double-seat regulating valves. This valve has a high sealing grade. The leakage level of the soft-sealed structure is GB/T4213 VI grade, and that of the hard-sealed structure is GB/T4213 IV grade. The actuator's forward and reverse action modes can be changed relatively easily. Just rotating the initial position of the valve core by 90 degrees can achieve the conversion of the action mode.

It is suitable for adjustment and control of medium with fiber and small particle. The valve is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, paper, metallurgy and other industries.
