The hard-sealed insulation ball valve is a type of ball valve where the valve seat and the sealing surface of the ball are made of metal-to-metal materials, and an insulation jacket is welded outside the valve body to inject steam or hot oil and other fluids for flow heating, in order to ensure that the transported medium does not undergo phase change or crystallization due to temperature changes. It is a floating ball or fixed ball ball valve. The valve seat and the surface of the ball are sprayed with nickel-based alloy powder or undergo special hardening treatment, which enhances their wear resistance and impact resistance, and improves the service life of the valve. This product has two types of end connection flanges: with enlarged flanges and without enlarged flanges. It is particularly suitable for media that is prone to solidification, scarring, and scaling, as well as when the fluid contains very hard particles and has strong erosion and abrasion properties.
