The Hastelloy alloy ball valve is a type of valve with a pressure-bearing shell and metal inner components that are cast or forged using materials from the Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C, and Hastelloy G series. It is mainly used for cutting off or connecting extremely harsh corrosive media in pipeline systems. Among them, Hastelloy B is resistant to various concentrations of hydrochloric acid and non-oxidizing salts and acids. Hastelloy C is resistant to oxidizing solvents, low-temperature, normal-concentration hydrochloric acid and nitric acid. Hastelloy G is resistant to sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid and seawater, but not halogenated element acids. This product has both the corrosion resistance of fluoroplastic-lined valves and the strength of metal valves, so it is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, environmental protection and related industrial fields. The commonly used material grade of this product is Hastelloy C-276, which has excellent resistance to oxidizing chloride aqueous solutions and wet chlorine, hypochlorites, and corrosion by hypochlorous acid salts. It also has good corrosion resistance to high-concentration chloride salt solutions (such as ferric chloride and copper chloride), and is particularly suitable for strong corrosive oxidizing-reducing composite media and high-temperature seawater. The opening and closing of this product only requires a 90-degree rotation, so it is easy to achieve automatic control and remote control. It can be configured with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, pneumatic-hydraulic linkage or electro-hydraulic linkage devices according to the requirements of the working conditions.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
