Integrated high-temperature titanium ball valve: Also known as high-temperature titanium ball valve, it is made of integral titanium alloy, with an integrated forging without any leakage points. The sealing valve core and valve seat are coated with alloy steel for wear resistance and corrosion resistance at high temperatures. It is manually operated for opening and closing. It is a forged type with floating flange ball valve, with a narrowed neck. It has metal seals. The pressure rating is PN-16, and the diameter range is DN15-DN200. The integrated titanium ball valve has excellent stability and self-passivation properties in oxidizing films in harsh corrosive environments, which can resist various harsh working conditions and corrosive media. The stable oxide film on its surface has chemical stability in corrosive media. For neutral, oxidizing, and weak reducing medium environments, the inert oxide film itself has good stability. For high-temperature or low-pH reducing corrosive media, to improve the stability of the inert oxide film and surface hardness, methods such as adding corrosion inhibitors (such as air, water, heavy metal ions and anions), titanium surface ion modification treatment, and anodization treatment can be used to enhance the corrosion resistance and surface hardness of titanium in reducing media to meet usage requirements.
