Suitable for a variety of media: pneumatic titanium ball valve is suitable for water, steam, oil, all kinds of high corrosive chemical media, weak acid and alkali media, ammonia, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, liquefied gas, air, gas, dust gas, etc.
Industry-specific applications: Applications of titanium in corrosive media include seawater, aqua regia and chlorine. Titanium has good corrosion resistance in high temperature, strong acid, strong alkali, nitric acid, chromic acid, hypochloric acid, perchloric acid, and sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and other media. It also has good corrosion resistance in organic acids such as citric acid, tartaric acid, tannic acid, lactic acid, etc.
Application under special working conditions: in high temperature and high concentration of sodium hydroxide solution, such as 50%~73% solution at 188℃, the corrosion rate of titanium may exceed 1.09mm/a. When the temperature exceeds 77 ° C and the pH of the alkali solution is greater than 12, the possibility of hydrogen absorption and hydrogen embrittleness of titanium in the alkali solution requires special attention
