Product Overview

"O" type cut-off ball valve adopts two-piece ball valve structure for small diameter, and three-piece ball valve structure for large diameter. The valve body is composed of two parts, the ball core adopts the full diameter, the rated flow coefficient is large, and the flow resistance is small. The surface of the ball core is hardened by special technology to make its surface smooth and wear-resistant. The sealing material of the valve seat is carbon fiber reinforced polytetrafluorethylene. The valve seat has small wear, good sealing, long service life, and strong cutting performance. The actuator adopts high performance double piston rack and pinion structure or fork structure, high transmission efficiency, compact structure or electronic electric actuator. The nominal diameter range of this series of products is DN15 ~ 500mm (1/2 "~ 20"), the nominal pressure grade is PN1.6~10.0MPa (150lb~600lb).

Seat limit structure (torque stability) : seat seal ring reasonable pretighten and limit, greatly reduce the operating torque; A spring is provided at the bottom of the valve seat to maintain a stable torque;

Stem anti-fly out design (safe and reliable) : lower mounted stem, prevent stem from high medium pressure and fly out, completely eliminate the security risks;

Fire RESISTANT DESIGN (CAN be SEALED after fire) : SOFT seal seat with stainless steel seat with sealing face wrapped with PTFE ring combination seat, stainless steel seat sealing face and a small gap between the ball. When the PTFE sealing ring is burned by fire, the floating sphere is pressed to the stainless steel seat under the medium pressure, and the stainless steel seat is pressed to the ball core by the spring at the bottom of the valve seat, and the seal is formed between the ball and the stainless steel seat.

Anti-static device (can lead to static electricity) : simple and easy to install anti-static device, so that the ball, stem and valve body are always connected as a whole, because the switch caused by the sealing surface friction caused by static electricity is elicited;
