Product Overview of Thermal Insulation Contraction Ball Valve:


The thermal insulation contraction ball valve is a new type of thermal insulation ball valve developed based on the integrated thermal insulation ball valve to meet the special working conditions of customers. It has the characteristics of insulation and cold preservation. Compared with the ordinary integrated thermal insulation ball valve, the biggest feature of this product is that it adopts a contraction design where the connection port size is smaller than the installed pipeline. This product has two connection size standards: flange plus type and non-plus type. The valve can inject steam, heat transfer oil, cooling water, cold air, etc. into the jacket according to the user's needs, so that the entire valve can reach the required temperature at normal temperature or when cooled, preventing the medium from crystallization. The thermal insulation contraction ball valve is mainly used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food, etc., for transporting high-viscosity media that will solidify at normal temperature.


Purpose:
