Product Overview of Thermal Pneumatic V-Type Ball Valve:


The thermal pneumatic V-type ball valve is a relatively new type of ball valve. It possesses some unique advantages inherent to its structure, such as frictionless opening and closing, less wear on the seal, and smaller opening and closing torque. This enables the reduction of the specifications of the accompanying actuator. It can achieve regulation of the medium and strict cut-off. It is widely used in mining, petroleum, chemical industries, urban water supply and drainage, etc., in applications where strict isolation is required. 


Working principle of the insulated pneumatic V-type ball valve:


The insulated pneumatic V-type ball valve is a control valve with a right-angle rotary structure. It consists of a piston-type double-acting or single-acting (spring-return type) pneumatic actuator and a V-shaped valve structure. It is used in conjunction with an electrical valve positioner to achieve proportional regulation; and in combination with an electromagnetic valve and control box, it can achieve two-position cut-off control. The valve core of the V-type ball valve is designed with a V-shaped notch, featuring accurate flow characteristics and control functions. It is suitable for the control of gases, liquids, solid particles, etc. Due to the absence of a gap between the valve core and the valve seat during rotation, it has a large shear force and self-cleaning performance, and is suitable for automated control systems in situations involving suspensions with fibers or fine solid particles, as well as solid particle-containing conditions.
