Product Overview of the Worm Gear Y-Type Three-way Ball Valve:
The worm gear Y-type three-way ball valve consists of a 135-degree or 120-degree Y-type three-way ball valve and a worm gear drive unit. By turning the handwheel on the worm gear with your hands, a certain torque can be applied to the upper end of the valve stem and transmitted to the ball, thereby changing the direction of the medium flow and achieving the switching between two different flow directions. The fluid channels of the three pipe openings in the valve body are designed to be at an angle of 120° to each other or with an angle of 135° between one inlet and one outlet. The ball and the valve stem are integrated, and there are two angles of 120° or 135° in the ball, and through the through-hole at the center point of the ball, these two through-holes (ball port) correspond to the pipe openings on the valve body and are opened or closed by the rotation of the ball within the 120° or 135° range.
