Product Overview of 45° Y-Type Three-way Ball Valve:

This 45° Y-type three-way ball valve features two outlet pipes on the valve body, with an angle of either 45° or 60° between them. The ball inside the valve has connection channels with 135° openings at both ends. The inlet and outlet pipes achieve the opening or closing of the connection channels as the ball rotates, enabling the valve to switch between two different flow directions. The flow path is smooth, the fluid resistance is low, the flow capacity is strong, and it does not cause the medium to get stuck inside the flow path during the switching process. This makes it convenient for cleaning the three-way pipeline. This product is mainly used in Y-shaped pipelines to change the direction of the medium flow, enabling two of the pipes to be connected or disconnected, thus achieving the function of reversing the flow.

Advantages of the 45-degree Y-type three-way ball valve:

The 45-degree Y-type three-way ball valve is equipped with three elbow protection sections at the connection points of the three pipe openings in the valve body. When the medium flows rapidly from the inlet end along the elbow pipe channel, it first impacts the elbow protection section. Compared to directly flowing into the pipe opening, this reduces the speed of the fluid's direct impact on the valve inner wall, minimizing damage to the granular materials and also providing protection for the valve inner wall, which helps to extend the service life of the valve. This product can also be designed with a 30°, 60°, 90° or other angles between the two outlet ends according to the working conditions.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities.
