The double-ended hard-sealed butterfly valve adopts precise J-shaped elastic sealing rings and a three-sealed multi-layer metal hard-sealing structure. It is widely used in industrial pipelines such as metallurgy, power, petrochemicals, water supply and drainage, and municipal construction where the medium temperature is ≤ 425℃, for regulating flow and interrupting fluids.
Product Features
1. The wafer-type hard-sealed butterfly valve adopts a three-seal eccentric structure. The valve seat and the butterfly plate have almost no wear, and it has a continuously improving sealing function.
2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which combines the advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance in both low and high temperatures, and features corrosion resistance and long service life.
3. The sealing surface of the butterfly plate is made of cobalt-based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
4. The large-sized butterfly plate adopts a frame structure, which has high strength, a large flow area, and low flow resistance.
5. The wafer-type hard-sealed butterfly valve has a bidirectional sealing function. It can be installed in any direction without being restricted by the medium flow direction or affected by the space position.
6. The drive device can be installed in multiple positions (rotating 90° or 180°) to facilitate user usage.
