Extended rod high-temperature butterfly valve, pressure: 1.0 MPa - 6.4 MPa, diameter: DN50 - DN2000. Material: WCB carbon steel, 304, 316, 317L, 2205, 2507 duplex steel. It is a butterfly valve designed for high-temperature conditions. The valve stem is extended, and high-temperature heat dissipation fins are designed on the valve stem, reducing the impact of high temperatures on the valve and the actuator. The connection methods of the extended rod high-temperature butterfly valve include: flanged type, flange type, and welded type.

The performance of the electric actuator of the extended rod high-temperature butterfly valve complies with the provisions of JB/T8528-1997 (Technical Conditions for Electric Actuators of Ordinary Valves). The performance of the explosion-proof type complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2000 (Part 1: General Requirements for Electrical Equipment in Explosive Gas Environments), GB3836.2-2000 (Part 2: Explosion-proof Type "d" for Electrical Equipment), and JB/T8529-1997 (Technical Conditions for Explosion-proof Electric Actuators).

Electrical technical conditions:

1. Power supply: The motor operates on three-phase AC 380V at 50Hz. The control system operates on two-phase AC 220V at 50Hz. Optional power supply: AC 220 - 660V, 50.60Hz. 

2. Explosion-proof rating: Explosive gas mixtures of T1-T4 groups.

3. Protection level: IP65/67 (special orders can be IP68).

4. Motor operating mode: Rated operation time is 10 minutes. F-class insulation.

5. Anti-corrosion coating: High-temperature baking paint.

6. Multiple control modes: Switching quantity, analog quantity, bus system, bus + conventional.

The extended rod butterfly valve is suitable for applications where the temperature is ≤ 80 - 120℃, such as in food, medicine, chemical, petroleum, power, textile, papermaking, etc. It is used in water supply and drainage and gas pipelines for regulating flow and blocking the medium.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
