Worm gear flange three eccentric butterfly valve, models D343H, D343Y, D343W. Three eccentric multi-layer sealing design, operated by worm gear gearbox, flange connection. Pressure: 1.0 MPa - 6.4 MPa. Diameter: DN50 - DN2000. Materials: WCB carbon steel, CF8, CF8M, CF3M stainless steel, 2205, 2507 duplex steel, 904L, 1.4529, 254SMo stainless steel, C276 Hastelloy alloy. 

The worm gear flange three-offset butterfly valve utilizes the three-offset structure to provide a conical sealing surface through the combination of three offsets. This reduces the wear between the valve seat and the sealing element, thereby extending the service life and improving the sealing performance of the valve. 

The replaceable sealing rings on the butterfly plate facilitate quick and easy maintenance. The low torque (allowing for a smaller drive unit) means greater cost savings. 

The three eccentric structure has the characteristic of becoming tighter as it is closed. It has excellent sealing performance and zero leakage. After the worm gear flange three eccentric butterfly valve is opened, it ensures that the sealing surfaces are no longer in contact, protecting the sealing surfaces from being damaged by friction. 

The butterfly plate seal ring is a multi-layered seal ring composed of stainless steel sheets and graphite sheets stacked together. This multi-layered seal ring can prevent the sealing engagement from being disrupted due to thermal expansion, and effectively prevent the tiny solid particles in the medium from damaging the sealing surface.

The application scope of the worm gear flange three eccentric butterfly valve includes: 

Temperature and pressure range: Applicable to environments with a temperature of ≤120℃ and a nominal pressure of ≤1.6MPa. It is also suitable for industrial pipelines in industries such as metallurgy, power, and petrochemicals where the medium temperature is ≤425℃. 

Industry application: Widely used in water supply and drainage systems and gas pipelines in fields such as food, medicine, chemical industry, petroleum, power, light textile, papermaking, etc., as well as industrial pipelines in municipal construction, for regulating flow and cutting off fluid usage. 

Medium type: Applicable to tap water, reclaimed water, powders, granular materials, sewage, oil products, flue gas, gas, gases, steam, etc.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities.
