Four-way electric butterfly valve is a kind of electric drive valve with fluid reversing function, with the four-way structure of the valve body as the core, combined with the electric actuator to realize the diversion of the medium, confluence, flow direction switching and automatic flushing of the pipeline system, is the key fluid control equipment in the industrial pipeline system.

I. Core definition and working principle

Structure essence: belongs to the electric drive version of the multi-pass valve, the valve body design has four fluid interfaces, through the butterfly plate rotation to switch the flow channel, to achieve the function of "one valve instead of four valves" (replace the traditional multiple single-pass valves), simplify the pipeline layout.

Drive mode: through the electric actuator to receive control signals (such as 420mA DC, 15VDC), drive the butterfly plate accurate rotation, to realize the valve opening, closing, reversing and proportional regulation, support intelligent PID regulation, can output valve position feedback signal, seamless docking with the automation system

Nominal pressure: 0.25MPa, 0.6MPa, 1.0MPa, suitable for different pressure levels of the pipeline system

Nominal diameter: DN600 ~ 1400mm, covering large diameter pipe control requirements

Seal form: support metal seal (≥300℃ high temperature working condition), tetrafluoride seal (≤180℃), rubber seal (≤120℃ normal temperature working condition), suitable for different medium temperature requirements

Actuator: it can receive control signals from computers and industrial instruments, realize accurate positioning, support hand electric switching, and can be operated manually in emergency to ensure system safety
