Pneumatic three eccentric butterfly valve, there are three types of valve plate seal form, switch operation by pneumatic actuator control, can be equipped with locator, solenoid valve and limit switch, model D643H, D673H, D663Y, D643F. Valve material: WCB carbon steel, 304, 316, 317L, 2205, 2507, 1.4529, 904L stainless steel. When the pneumatic actuator fails, there are three options for the valve position: valve position closed, valve position open, and valve position hold.

Pneumatic three eccentric butterfly valve, there are three sealing forms (valve plate seal).

1, multi-layer metal composite seal, the valve plate seal is composed of stainless steel sheet and stone or graphite sheet together to form a compound soft and hard cascaded sealing ring, suitable for low pressure, temperature below 425℃ working conditions;

2, full metal seal, valve plate is the overall stainless steel ring surface STL alloy, is characterized by high temperature resistance below 600℃ and PN40, PN64, PN100 high pressure;

3, tetrafluoride seal, stainless steel valve plate +PTFE tetrafluoride seal ring, suitable for pressure in PN16, PN25, temperature below 150℃ working conditions. Tetrofluoride seal with 2205,2507 duplex steel valve body, suitable for seawater and other liquid medium containing chloride ions.

Requirements for pneumatic actuators

Our company's pneumatic three eccentric butterfly valve used pneumatic actuators have single action (spring reset) and double action two kinds, small diameter butterfly valve with rack and pin-pneumatic, large diameter butterfly valve with fork pneumatic.

Pinion pneumatic cylinder body is high quality aluminum extrusion molding, die-cast aluminum cylinder head, cylinder cylinder bottom mounting surface (valve connection) in line with ISO5211 and DIN3337 standards.

Fork type pneumatic is a long body cylinder, generally with cast iron or cast steel materials, there are stainless steel materials. When the fork pneumatic actuator operates, the torque is variable, the output torque changes with the Angle, and the torque value is in the position of the valve opening or closing, which is just in line with the law of the valve. Compared with the rack and pinion actuator, the fork type pneumatic actuator can save more torque, because the force of the rack and pinion actuator is constant.
