Pneumatic stainless steel hard seal butterfly valve is three eccentric structure, multi-level metal seal butterfly valve. Sealing is done by plate sealing ring and seat. Butterfly plate sealing ring is composed of metal sheet and non-metal sheet of multilayer soft and hard laminated sealing ring, the valve seat on the body is surfacing alloy material. When the valve is closed, the multi-level sealing ring of the valve plate is pressed on the valve seat to achieve zero leakage.

The pneumatic actuators we use have double action and single action. They are the actuators that use air pressure to drive the opening and closing of the valve or adjust the valve. Sometimes, pneumatic actuators are also equipped with certain auxiliary devices. Commonly used solenoid valve, limit switch, filter and decompression device, valve positioner and handwheel mechanism.

The function of the valve positioner is to use the feedback principle to improve the performance of the actuator, so that the pneumatic actuator can adjust the valve opening accurately according to the control signal.
