Advantages of the three-seal structure

The worm gear carbon steel flanged three-seal butterfly valve adopts a three-seal structure design. This design ensures that during the opening and closing process of the valve plate, there is no sliding friction or jamming between the valve plate and the valve seat. It also has the advantage of becoming tighter as it closes, eliminating the uneven load between the sealing surfaces and significantly extending the service life of the valve. When the valve is opened or closed, the sealing surface of the valve plate makes instantaneous contact or separation at each point around the 360-degree circle, enabling rapid and accurate opening or closing actions. 

The three-bias butterfly valve has a valve seat sealing ring that can be welded with D507 or D507 molybdenum alloy, as well as STL carbide. These materials meet the requirements for high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, wear resistance and anti-corrosion, ensuring the reliability of the seal. 

Anti-lock, dust-proof, anti-crystallization

Self-lubricating sleeve design, which solves the problem of valve stem jamming to a greater extent. Up and down bearing dust-proof structure, with spiral groove for anti-crystallization structure.

Mechanical with disc spring for dynamic load packing, which can automatically compensate for packing loss and prevent medium leakage.
