The DH41F-40P low-temperature check valve is an automatic valve that prevents the backflow of the medium. During the manufacturing process, the components are immersed in liquid nitrogen at a low temperature of -196℃ for 2 to 6 hours, then removed and naturally processed. This process is repeated twice to reduce temperature differences and changes in the metal structure that may cause deformation, thereby improving the sealing performance of the valve at low temperatures. Valves for flammable media require anti-static design.

The DH41F-40P flange low-temperature check valve automatically opens and closes the valve disc based on the flow of the medium itself, preventing the backflow of the medium. The low-temperature lift-and-drop type check valve is suitable for low-temperature media such as methane, liquid natural gas, ethylene, carbon dioxide, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, and liquid nitrogen.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
