Product Overview:


The LH45X flow-limiting check valve enables the pump to operate within the efficient zone, limiting the pump's high-flow and low-efficiency operation. It also ensures a smooth closure of the check valve during micro-resistance slow-closing when the pump stops, eliminating water hammer phenomena. It can prevent the pump from overloading and exceeding the rated current, damaging the motor. It has a stepless adjustable head function, with a range of adjustable head from 0.1 to 0.6 MPa. The pressure is set at 0.1 MPa, and the adjustable medium temperature is between 0 and 150°C.


Working Principle:


1. The LH45X flow-limiting check valve is installed at the pump outlet. During single pump startup and non-full-load operation of the working pumps, it limits the flow of the working pump, enabling the pump to operate at a higher efficiency. It prevents the motor from overloading when the pump operates at low head, high flow, and low efficiency, preventing the occurrence of over-rated current burning the motor. At the same time, it achieves certain energy-saving effects. The flow-limiting principle is as follows: Based on the designed working condition point head of the pump, the LH45X flow-limiting check valve automatically detects and controls the actual working head of the pump to limit the pump's working flow and the load of the motor. The LH45X flow-limiting check valve is set to control the working head of the gas. When the pump's working head is lower than the control head, the valve performs the closing action, increasing the actual working head; when the pump's working head is greater than the set head, the valve opens fully, with minimal valve resistance. The setting of the gas head can be based on the rated current of the motor or the high-efficiency working condition. The working head setting value of this valve can be adjusted. The factory-set value is generally the designed working condition head. 

2. The backflow function of the LH45X flow-limiting check valve is completely equivalent to that of the micro-resistance slow-closing check valve, and there is no closing noise or backflow.

The connection between the body cover and the piston cylinder is sealed by a double layer of sealing gasket and sealing ring, without any leakage;

The stainless steel piston cylinder, integral cast piston, and NBR sealing ring form a *** combination that significantly extends the service life;

The detachable valve seat imported from abroad, with a clever structure and convenient maintenance and replacement;

The piston cylinder with a guide hole, with an appropriate increase in damping, makes the piston movement more stable.
