Product Code : VF--ZHCC-ZH73-CU
The micro-resistance self-closing check valve is suitable for applications with nominal pressure ranging from 1.0 MPa to 42.0 MPa, and nominal diameter from DN15 to 1200 mm, with NPS ranging from 1/2 to 48; it operates at temperatures from -196°C to 540°C. It is used to prevent the backflow of media in various pipelines. By selecting different materials, it can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing media, and urea.
Main materials of the micro-resistance self-closing check valve:
Carbon steel, low-temperature steel, duplex steel (F51/F53), titanium alloy, aluminum bronze, Inconel 625, SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L; chromium-molybdenum steel, Monel (400/500), 20# alloy, Hastelloy alloy and other metal materials.

The low-resistance self-closing check valve, also known as a reverse flow valve, is designed to prevent the backflow of the medium in the pipeline. The opening and closing components of this valve operate automatically based on the flow of the medium and external force, ensuring that the medium does not flow backward. This type of valve is called a check valve. Check valves belong to automatic valves and are mainly used in pipelines where the medium flows in a single direction. They only allow the medium to flow in one direction to prevent accidents. They are suitable for clean media and should not be used for media containing solid particles or with high viscosity.
Characteristics of the low-resistance self-closing check valve:
This valve is mainly composed of the valve body, valve cover, valve plate, balance weight, piston and regulating valve. It is used for water supply and drainage pipelines and is installed at the outlet of the water pump to prevent the reverse flow of the medium and the destructive water hammer in case of fire. It has the advantages of a light valve disc, large opening, significant energy saving, low fluid resistance, a reasonable water hammer elimination structure, reliable sealing performance, wear resistance, long service life, smooth operation, no vibration and no noise.
Applicable media: water, oil, seawater, sewage
Applicable temperature range: 0 - 80℃ (up to 200℃ if required) Structural features of the micro-resistance self-closing check valve:
The structure length is short, and its structure length is only 1/4 to 1/8 of that of the traditional flange check valve.
Small in size and light in weight, its weight is only 1/4 to 1/20 of that of the traditional micro-resistance closing check valve.
The valve disc closes quickly, resulting in low water hammer pressure.
Horizontal or vertical pipes can be used, and the installation is convenient.
The flow channel is unobstructed and the fluid resistance is low.
Quick response and excellent sealing performance
The valve disc has a short stroke and a small closing impact force.
Overall structure is simple and compact, with a beautiful design.
