Overview of Silent Check Valve Product:

The silent check valve is composed of a valve body, valve seat, flow guide, valve disc, bearing and spring, etc. It automatically opens and closes the valve disc based on the flow of the medium itself. It is equipped with a flow guide inside and can ensure a small pressure loss. It is suitable for water supply and drainage, fire protection, HVAC, industrial and other systems. It is installed at the water outlet of the pump and can quickly close before the water flow reverses, avoiding water hammer, water shock sounds and destructive impacts, so as to achieve a silent effect, prevent the reverse flow of the medium and protect the equipment from damage. 

Working principle of the silent check valve:

Before using the silent check valve product, the valve disc is in a closed state under the action of the spring force. When the pump is started and the pressure water flows in the same direction, the valve disc opens due to the push force of the pressure water. When the pump is stopped, the valve disc slides along the vertical center line of the valve body under the pre-stress of the spring. The closing stroke of the valve disc is very short, and it closes quickly before the water flows in the opposite direction. It can not only prevent the medium from flowing back but also prevent the pump and the driving motor from reversing. At the same time, the closing of the valve disc does not generate a huge water impact force but a small spring force, thus achieving a silent effect.
