Overview of the stainless steel silent check valve product:

The stainless steel silent check valve is installed on the outlet pipeline of the water pump. It can quickly close during normal or abnormal pump shutdown, effectively preventing water hammer or significantly reducing the pressure of the water hammer wave. It is equipped with a flow guide body and has low flow resistance. The valve body has one end as the inlet and the other end as the outlet. A valve seat is fixed inside the valve, and a connecting plate is connected between the valve seat and the outlet. The valve seat has a valve stem facing the inlet. The valve stem is slidably fitted with a valve disc that matches the inlet. A spring is placed between the valve disc and the valve seat. The valve disc is in the shape of a cone and fits into the inlet. When the medium flows in the specified direction, the valve disc is opened by the force of the medium. When the medium flows in the opposite direction, due to the self-weight of the valve disc and the reverse force of the medium flow, the valve disc seals tightly with the sealing surface of the valve seat, achieving the purpose of preventing the reverse flow of the medium. Because the opening and closing of the valve disc is in a dynamic force balance system, regardless of how the medium pressure at the inlet changes, it operates stably and evenly, without noise, and has few safety faults.
