Product Overview of Non-wear Ball Check Valve:


The non-wear ball check valve is a type of valve where the ball is covered with rubber. Under the action of the medium, the rubber ball rolls in the guide sleeve for a short distance to achieve the opening and closing of the valve, thereby achieving the purpose of eliminating water column impact in the pipeline. It is a micro-resistance ball-shaped check valve. When the water pump is started, under the action of the water flow thrust, the rubber ball leaves the valve seat and moves forward. After moving a certain distance, the ball cover blocks the ball, and the valve opens. When the pump is running, the rubber ball is in a state of free suspension and free rotation, which has the function of wear resistance. Moreover, during operation, the water flow line is smooth, and the resistance formed is small. When the pump stops or the water supply is cut off, the backflow pressure in the pipeline pushes the rubber ball backward and automatically presses the valve seat, achieving sealing and closing of the valve.
