H41HY/W Lift-type Check Valve 

I. H41HY/W Lifting Check Valve Main Application 

The lift check valve is selected for use in pipelines with nominal pressure ranging from PN1.6 to PN6.4 MPa and working temperature ranging from -29 to 550℃ in various industrial conditions such as petroleum, chemical, and thermal power plants. The applicable media include: water, oil products, steam, etc. 

II. H41HY/W Lifting Check Valve - Structure and Features 

1. The materials are carefully selected and comply with relevant domestic and international standards. The overall quality of the materials is high.

2. The sealing pair is properly matched. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are made by welding iron-based alloys or Slite (Slite) cobalt-based hard alloys. They are wear-resistant, heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and have good anti-abrasion performance, with a long service life.

3. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T12235.

4. Various pipe flange standards and flange sealing types can be adopted to meet the needs of various projects and user requirements.

5. The valve body materials are complete in variety. Gaskets can be selected reasonably according to actual working conditions or user requirements, and they can be used in various pressure, temperature and medium conditions.

Different structural forms and connection forms of check valves can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements, and they can be used as accessories for various equipment.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
