The high temperature and high pressure electric gate valve is composed of valve body, valve cover, gate, valve stem, valve seat, support and electric actuator. The top of the valve stem is fixed with an electric device. The lifting of the gate is mainly achieved by the motor driving the rotation of the screw rod, so that the opening and closing of the power station gate valve is converted by the screw rod, thereby achieving the connection or disconnection of the medium in the pipeline. When the valve is working, the valve disc is in the fully open or fully closed position. It is not allowed to stay in the middle position or be used as a regulating valve. This product is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical and power industries, especially suitable for high temperature and high pressure occasions where the pressure of the power station steam-water system is greater than or equal to 10.0MPa or the temperature is greater than or equal to 425℃.

The high-temperature and high-pressure electric gate valve is composed of the valve body, valve cover, gate plate, valve stem, valve seat, support, and electric actuator. The top of the valve stem is fixed with an electric device. The lifting and lowering of the gate plate is mainly achieved by the motor driving the rotation of the screw rod, so that the opening and closing of the power station gate valve is converted by the screw rod, thereby achieving the connection or disconnection of the medium in the pipeline. During the operation of this valve, the valve disc is in the fully open or fully closed position. It is not allowed to remain in the middle position or be used as a regulating valve. This product is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, and power industries, especially suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure situations where the pressure of the power station steam-water system is greater than or equal to 10.0 MPa or the temperature is greater than or equal to 425℃. 


Advantages of the high-temperature and high-pressure electric gate valve product:


This high-temperature and high-pressure electric gate valve is of the straight-through type. The sealing surface adopts the wedge-shaped elastic single gate plate structure. It can also be designed as double plates or parallel double plates according to user requirements. The connection between the valve body and the valve cover can adopt bolt or pressure self-sealing structure according to different pressure grades. The installation position of this valve should be perpendicular to the pipeline and the valve chamber should be upward. The opening and closing of this product are controlled by the electric device. The electric actuator is respectively equipped with a dedicated electric motor, reduction transmission mechanism, torque control, stroke control, position indication, manual operation mechanism, manual-electric switching mechanism and control unit (provided upon user request). In addition to on-site operation, it can also be operated remotely.
