Product Overview of Pound-Class Power Plant Gate Valve:  


The flow passage of the pound-class power plant gate valve features an equal-diameter straight-through design, allowing the medium in the pipeline to flow smoothly from the inlet end, significantly reducing flow resistance coefficient and energy loss. The valve disc adopts a wedge-type elastic disc, enabling reliable opening and closing under high temperature and high pressure conditions. The connection between the valve body and bonnet employs a self-tightening pressure seal structure, combining a wedge-shaped sealing ring with a four-split ring, ensuring more reliable sealing as pressure increases. A thrust ball bearing and oil cup are installed on the bonnet, allowing periodic application of solid lubricant to reduce operating torque and ensure smooth operation. The packing gland and sleeve adopt a split design to maintain stem concentricity. The inlet and outlet connections can be selected according to operational requirements, including flanged, butt-welded, or other types.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
