Principle of operation

Z6S41 series PNEUMATIC with MANUAL WEDGE GATE VALVE is a low SUPPORT OPEN ROD GATE valve with pneumatic actuator (double cylinder, with buffer mechanism) and manual and protective mechanism (manual and self-locking pneumatic-manual conversion device). Due to the double cylinder structure, the lifting force is doubled compared with the single cylinder pneumatic gate valve. This fundamentally solves the single cylinder pneumatic gate valve in some of the body wedge dead and can not open the malpractices. Moreover, because the valve has a buffer mechanism, it can effectively reduce the wear of the sealing surface of the valve plate car and the sealing surface of the valve body caused by the piston downward impact when the valve is closed, and at the same time, it can also avoid the phenomenon of the gate stuck.

Structural features

1. Full diameter or reduced diameter;

2. Clear rod with bracket;

3. Packing sleeve with automatic self-aligning at both ends;
