Electric sleeve regulating valve - Product Overview:
The ZAZM electric sleeve regulating valve is composed of a DDZ type linear electric actuator and a compact sleeve valve. It is combined with a servo amplifier to receive a unified 4-20mA or 0-10zA·DC standard signal. The current signal is converted into the corresponding linear displacement, automatically controlling the opening degree of the regulating valve to achieve continuous regulation of process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level in the pipeline.
II. Electric Sleeve Control Valve - Key Features:
1. Utilizes a balanced valve core. Under unbalanced forces, it allows for a large pressure difference and operates stably.
2. The valve core's guiding surface is large, which can alleviate oscillations caused by eddy currents and impacts.
3. Compared to ordinary single and double-seat control valves, it reduces noise by approximately 10 dB. 4. Simple structure, easy to assemble, disassemble and maintain.
