FDT40H, Anti-theft Control Valve, Locking Manual Control Valve

The FDT40H-16C/25C locking manual regulating valve has the functions of regulation, cutoff and locking. It is convenient for maintenance and property management, and is suitable for use in steam and water pipelines with a nominal pressure of less than or equal to 1.6 megapascals and less than or equal to 2.5 megapascals, a medium temperature of 1 to 200 degrees Celsius and less than or equal to 350 degrees Celsius. It is used for regulating the flow rate after a one-time debugging and then locked. 

II. Performance Characteristics of FDT40H Locking Manual Regulating Valve: 

1. Improve heating conditions: For all linear and thermal points that use manual regulating valves, the flow can be adjusted according to the designed conditions to achieve a good temperature condition. This type of regulating valve has better performance than gate valves and stop valves. It has approximately linear regulating performance, thus effectively improving the uneven temperature distribution in each heating building.

2. Save energy: Due to the imbalance of temperature and pressure in the thermal pipeline network, some branch flows are too large, causing the temperature of some buildings to be too high. Users have to open windows, resulting in a waste of a large amount of heat energy. By installing manual regulating valves at the branches, the imbalance of temperature and pressure is overcome, preventing the need to open windows, and achieving the goal of energy conservation.

3. Improve the hydraulic conditions of the pipeline network: The manual regulating valve can control according to the rated flow, reducing the excessive flow in the pipeline network, and improving the deterioration of the water conditions to a certain extent.
