Pneumatic Diaphragm Single-Seat Control Valve - Overview
The ZMAP/ZMBP pneumatic diaphragm single-seat control valve is the most commonly used actuator in automatic control systems. It consists of a pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a low-flow resistance regulating valve. The single-seat is suitable for applications where leakage is strictly controlled, where the pressure difference before and after the valve is low, and where there is certain viscosity and fibers in the medium; the double-seat valve has the characteristics of small unbalanced force, large allowable pressure difference, and large flow capacity, and is suitable for applications where leakage requirements are not strict; the sleeve valve has good stability, is less prone to vibration, has low noise, and is less sensitive to temperature, and is suitable for applications with large pressure differences and where leakage requirements are not strict.
