Overview of ZZYVP Self-Actuating Micro-Differential Pressure Control Valve 


The ZZYVP self-operated micro-pressure differential regulating valve is particularly suitable for the gas sealing protection systems of various large storage tanks. Its connection methods include internal threads, external threads, flanges, welding, butt welding, socket welding, flared sleeves, clamps; it can be widely used in various industrial equipment such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, food, textile, machinery manufacturing, and residential building complexes for the automatic control of gas, liquid and steam media for pressure reduction, stabilization (for post-valve regulation), or pressure relief, stabilization (for pre-valve regulation). It can also be used in industrial furnace combustion system control for the mixed ratio flow of two combustion gases or for the sealing oil system of hydrogen-cooled power generation units, various industrial furnace combustion system fuel gases, protective gases for oil products or oil storage tanks in petroleum plants, and automatic adjustment of micro-pressure for heat treatment protective gases in various industrial furnaces. When the nitrogen sealing valve is opened, when the tank pressure is slightly lower than the set pressure, the diaphragm moves downward due to the decrease in sensing pressure, pushing the gas guide valve open, and nitrogen passes through the orifice plate, the outlet of the gas guide valve, and enters the tank, increasing the pressure inside the tank, while the pressure in the special valve core chamber of the gas guide valve decreases, and nitrogen enters the main valve core chamber through the internal channel. During operation, usually no additional energy is required, and it is an actuator product that realizes automatic regulation using the energy of the regulated medium. It also has the advantages of energy conservation, the set pressure value can be adjusted at will during operation, using fast-opening flow characteristics, having sensitive action, good sealing performance, stable medium pressure, high regulation accuracy, and small leakage. 

The ZZYVP-16C/P self-operated differential pressure regulating valve utilizes the energy of the controlled medium as the power source, introducing the actuator to control the valve core position, changing the pressure difference and flow rate at both ends, and stabilizing the pressure before (or after) the valve. It has the advantages of sensitive operation, good sealing performance, and small pressure setting point fluctuation. It is widely used in automatic control of pressure reduction and stabilization or pressure relief and stabilization of gas, liquid, and steam media.

· No additional energy is required. It can operate in situations without electricity or gas, which is both convenient and energy-saving, reducing costs;

· The nitrogen sealing device has convenient nitrogen supply and release pressure settings, and can be operated under continuous production conditions;

· The pressure detection diaphragm has a large effective area, with a small setting spring stiffness, and is sensitive. The device operates smoothly;

· The design without packing material results in low friction force on the valve stem, rapid response, and high control accuracy;

· The nitrogen supply device is operated by a regulator, with a pressure reduction ratio of up to 100:1, and the pressure reduction effect is good, with high control accuracy;

· To ensure the safety of the storage tank, a breathing valve needs to be installed on the tank top;

· The breathing valve only serves a safety function, avoiding the defect of frequent opening and closing in conventional nitrogen sealing devices that is prone to damage.
